Since joining Radiator in May, Louise has put her coding skills to good use as part of our development team. We caught up with Louise to quiz her on the hard-hitting issues that face developers today, here’s what she said:

What do you do at Radiator?

My role here at Radiator Digital as a front-end developer involves taking designs and developing them into fully functioning websites.

Did you always want to be a front-end developer?

I remember building my first (extremely basic) website in 2nd year of high school and found it very interesting so from there it was always an option when deciding which course to go with once I left school and ultimately the one I chose.

What do you get up to when you’re not at work?

The latest hobby I’ve taken up is calligraphy – can’t say I’m any good yet but I enjoy giving it a go! Other than that, I like to go out for food and try to find a new favourite place each time.

We love movies here at Radiator, what’s your favourite and what’s the most overrated?

This is an extremely difficult question to answer but all I’m going to say is Cars is a fantastic film. As for overrated, I’m not into causing arguments!

If you’re stranded on a desert island and could only take 3 things what would they be?

  • BBQ sauce to make all the gross stuff I might have to eat taste better
  • Swiss army knife
  • Supply of drinking water

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life what would you choose?

Quesadillas with plenty of hot sauce. Easy.

What's your Special Talent?

I'm pretty good at MarioKart!
