Briggs continues to expand and evolve on the back of their specialist expertise, now working with sizeable offshore wind developers as well as operating the Woolwich Free Ferry on the Thames for Transport for London.
To tell this story to date, the Briggs Marketing Team began the search for a digital partner to produce a bold, text-light online presentation which reflects the brand's current capabilities and ambitions.
The Solution
Our Brand Discovery session allowed us to grasp their brand values, culture, expertise, target visitors overall vision; the ‘key stuff’ which make all our clients’ digital requirements unique. Following the Discovery phase, we turned our focus to user journeys and goals, helping to organise and prioritise sections and aiming for a simple and visually engaging user experience.
With an instantly recognisable brand already in place, combined with strong stories and visual content, our Design and Usability experts then got to work on a user experience that effectively communicates Briggs’ unique strengths; informing and inspiring visitors before encouraging them to get in touch or maintain engagement through social.
Creating a great first impression online relies on striking imagery, working in remote sea locations offers plenty of opportunities for the Briggs team to get busy with the camera!
The site is maintained through the Umbraco open-source platform providing simple yet powerful management of all pages, content and enquiries with Google Analytics tracking key interactions throughout.
